A Wild magazine reader’s review:

“In Wild #201 Laurence McDonald writes exceptionally in his 'Bogong Diaries' about how and why a special place has so much meaning to him, his family and friends. It is a meaningful and thought provoking story helped along with a lovely selection of photographs.

In a similar way, I'm sure most of us have special places that give us a sense of connection to earlier experiences. Laurence's contribution describes it so well.”
